Terms and Conditions

Distinguished Speaker Series tickets, season subscriptions, and event invitations are a license and may be revoked by The Distinguished Speaker Series at any time for any reason, including the violation of any of the following Terms and Conditions. Renewal of season subscriptions is at the sole discretion of Swan Production, LLC (dba The Distinguished Speaker Series).

Postponements and Rescheduling

Speakers are subject to substitution, rescheduling, and/or virtual presentation only. In the rare event that a speaker is rescheduled, substituted or presented virtually only, no refunds will be issued. For a reschedule or substitution, your ticket will be honored on the new date.

COVID-19 Liability

We will be following all guidelines set by the state at the time of the events. We will continue to update our website as we receive more information.

By purchasing tickets to the Distinguished Speaker Series events, you acknowledge that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. Attending any of the Distinguished Speaker Series event(s), you and any additional ticket holders in your party voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and agree not to hold Swan Production, LLC; or any of their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, or volunteers liable for any illness or injury.

Refunds

All subscriptions must be paid in full at time of purchase. All subscription sales are final and subscriptions are non-refundable.
