Terms and Conditions

Distinguished Speaker Series tickets, season subscriptions, and event invitations constitute a revocable license to attend the applicable program. The Distinguished Speaker Series reserves the right to revoke tickets, season subscriptions, or event invitations for violation of these Terms and Conditions, applicable venue policies or security requirements, or other conduct deemed disruptive or inappropriate by The Distinguished Speaker Series.

Renewal of season subscriptions is at the sole discretion of Swan Production, LLC, dba The Distinguished Speaker Series.

Seasonal Subscriptions

The Distinguished Speaker Series is sold exclusively as a season subscription consisting of six programs. Tickets to individual speakers or programs are not sold separately, and the subscription price represents the purchase of the complete six-program season.

Unless otherwise expressly authorized by The Distinguished Speaker Series, subscriptions must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

Ticket Holder Responsibility & Security

Ticket holders must adhere to all policies and security requirements of the venue they are attending. All patrons are subject to screening by the venue’s trained security personnel, which may include, but is not limited to, metal detection, bag inspection, and/or visual inspection.

Due to the high-profile nature of our speakers and the security surrounding many of our programs, subscribers are responsible for ensuring that any guests or other individuals using their tickets comply with these Terms and Conditions, applicable venue policies, and security requirements.

Speaker Substitutions, Postponements & Rescheduling

Speakers and program dates are subject to substitution, postponement, and/or rescheduling.

If a program is rescheduled, the applicable ticket will be honored on the rescheduled date. If a scheduled speaker is substituted, the applicable ticket will remain valid for the substituted program.

Refunds & Sales

All season subscription sales are final and nonrefundable. Except as otherwise expressly provided by The Distinguished Speaker Series or required by applicable law, subscriptions are not eligible for refunds, credits, or exchanges.

Ticket swaps offered as a subscriber benefit are governed separately by The Distinguished Speaker Series Ticket Swap Policy.

Tickets & Admission

Tickets obtained through unauthorized third parties may not be honored. Lost, stolen, duplicated, or otherwise compromised tickets may be subject to verification before replacement or admission.
